Highly Competitive Egg Donor Compensation

For your time, effort, and commitment, highly competitive compensation is offered by our Intended Parents. You do not sell your eggs. Instead, the compensation you receive is for participating and completing the process.

Applicants with strong educational backgrounds may qualify for Exceptional Egg Donor Status which may offer you significantly higher than average compensation. Donors with high demand ethnicities are also provided higher compensation rates.

In most instances we are the highest paying egg donation agency based on your profile, location, achievements, and experience.

Once you begin administration of cycle medications, your base compensation is paid in installments at different milestones of the medical process.

All long distance travel, associated medical expenses, and lost wages for travel are paid on your behalf. Companion travel expenses for the egg retrieval procedure will also be provided for.

We also have a referral program to reward you for your referrals. You don't even have to be an egg donor in the program to qualify!

Close personal Attention
& Support

You will receive close personal assistance throughout the process. You will not have to worry about different case-managers

overseeing your journey or unreturned calls/texts.

I am available most hours of every day (including weekends, holidays, and vacations) if you need help, advice, or reminders. I typically respond to emails within hours, if not minutes.

I will help you with your contract negotiations, arrange your payments, book your travel, assist with the medical process, and make sure you receive the highest compensation available based on your individual profile, experience, if any and industry standard rates.

You will be provided a list of independent attorney's to choose from to review your egg donation contract at no cost to you.

Medication administration teaching videos are readily available on this site to prepare you for the medical process.

I may also serve as your egg retrieval procedure travel companion if you are unable to identify someone who can accompany you.

On-time Funding and Payments

An independent escrow company is utilized to safely hold all funds for your case. Your payments and reimbursements will be made by ACH and typically only take a few days to clear.

Estimated travel expenses are paid in advance with only minimal receipts required after your trip.

Medical expenses are paid by the Agency and the Intended Parents directly. Funding stays in place until all reimbursements and expenses are paid in full for your case.

We are not an Egg Bank and recommend you stay away from them. Egg Banks (or egg bank agencies) sell your individual eggs at a discounted rate to anyone.

We match you with real people who have chosen you specifically and believe in your kindness and value. The embryos they create are for them, exclusively.

These couples and individuals have profiles and regular contact with our agency and offer higher compensation for your availability and commitment to our program.

Egg Donor Qualifications

To apply as an Egg Donor, you must meet all criteria, below.

Be between the ages of 20-28.
Be a university student or graduate.
Be 5'1" or taller with a BMI 25 or under.
Be nicotine, Cannabis, and drug free.
Be willing to complete a full and detailed health/lifestyle/education questionnaire.***
Not be using semi-permanent birth control. (Implants/injections/ or hormone based IUDs.)
Not require medications for anxiety, depression, or ADHD.
Have minimal genetic family or personal health/ psychological disorders.
Have low risk of infectious disease including Zika Virus.
Be a legal resident, or have an appropriate U.S. visitor visa.
Have a flexible schedule that allows for travel. (Summer break OK).
Have reliable transportation.
Be mature, ambitious, enthusiastic, autonomous, and have integrity.
Be detail oriented and able to follow specific instructions.
Be able and willing to respond to communications and inquiries within a reasonable time.
